Do I need any technical background?
No. You just need to know your business, your tools, your workflows, your pain points. I handle the technical side. You provide the operational context. That combination is what makes the session valuable.
Why is payment required upfront?
Because this is a working session, not a free discovery call. Paid sessions attract serious business owners and filter out tire-kickers, which means you get my full preparation and attention before we even start the Google Meet call.
What tools do I need to have ready?
Have access to whatever tools you use daily, your CRM, email, calendar, project management system. We'll screen share and work directly in your environment. Nothing needs to be installed ahead of time.
What happens after the session?
You receive a written systems summary within 24 hours. If a full Synthos build makes sense, AI Workflow System, Business Command Center, or AI Infrastructure System, I'll include a scoped proposal. No obligation, no pressure.
What if I'm not sure which tier is right for me?
