Web Design & Development

A business website built to turn attention into action.

Get a fast, credible, conversion-focused website with clear messaging, intentional user journeys, and a foundation your business can grow on, not a pretty brochure that creates more manual work.

Discuss a Custom Build

If any of this sounds familiar, it's time for a rebuild.

Lost trust

The site looks dated or homemade next to competitors, and it's costing you credibility before anyone picks up the phone.

Unclear offer

A visitor can't tell what you do, who it's for, or what to do next within a few seconds of landing.

Weak mobile experience

Most of your traffic is on a phone, and the site wasn't really built for one.

Slow pages

Every extra second of load time is a visitor who leaves before they see what you offer.

Poor lead capture

Forms are buried, generic, or don't route anywhere useful once someone submits them.

Developer dependence

Changing a phone number or adding a page means waiting on someone else, every time.

The full site, not just the visuals.

Recent builds

Case studies are being written up as current projects wrap. Each one will show the client's actual situation, what we built, and the result.

Case study in progress

Situation, solution, and result, published once the project wraps.

Coming soon

Five stages, clear checkpoints.

01
Discovery

Goals, audience, and what the site needs to accomplish.

02
Content & architecture

Sitemap and messaging locked before any visual design starts.

03
Design

Layouts you review and approve, page by page.

04
Build & QA

Development, cross-device testing, and fixes before it ever goes live.

05
Launch

Go-live, redirects checked, analytics confirmed working.

Your responsibilities: providing content and assets on time, and reviewing/approving each stage before we move to the next. Delays on your end move the timeline, not the scope.

Built to perform, not just to look good.

CTA hierarchy

One clear primary action per page, not five competing buttons.

Landing paths

Pages built for how people actually arrive: search, ads, referral.

Forms that work

Short, tested, and routed somewhere a human actually sees them.

Analytics

Real tracking on real events, not just a pageview counter.

Speed

Images and code kept lean so pages load fast on mobile connections.

Accessibility & technical SEO

Semantic structure, alt text, and the on-page basics search engines expect.

A form submission should start a process, not disappear into an inbox.

Form submitted → qualified automatically
Routed to the right person → followed up on time

Before you book

How much does a business website cost?

It depends on scope: page count, features, and content needs. Every project is scoped in writing after a discovery call, before you commit to anything.

What's the difference between the three packages?

Website Launch ($1,250) covers the essentials for a credible presence. Website Growth ($2,500) adds more pages, deeper messaging, and stronger conversion design. Custom Website Build (starting at $5,000) is a fully bespoke build for complex requirements. Exact scope for Custom is confirmed after discovery.

How long does a website project take?

Timeline depends on scope and how quickly you can turn around content and approvals. We'll give you a real timeline once the project is scoped.

Can you rewrite our website copy?

Yes, copy support is part of the build. We can sharpen what you have or help write it from scratch.

Can you redesign our existing site?

Yes. Redesigns go through the same process as a new build, starting from what's already there.

Will we own the website and content?

Yes. Ownership and handoff terms are part of the written scope before work begins.

Do you provide hosting and maintenance?

Both are available as separate services: Managed Hosting for the environment, Website Care for ongoing site work. Neither is bundled automatically.

Can you connect forms to our CRM or workflows?

Yes, that's part of the AI Systems & Automation side of Synthos. We'll flag it during your strategy call if it's relevant.

Ready to talk about your website?

Book a short strategy call. Bring your current site (if you have one), what's not working, and what you want visitors to do when they land.
